For medical emergencies
If you're abroad and have an emergency or need medical treatment, please call the emergency medical assistance helpline at anytime +44 (0) 208 603 9159.
For all other claims
For all travel insurance claims including lost baggage, holiday cancellation, medical and travel delay, etc.
- Submit your claim by calling 0208 603 9143.
- Claims are handled by Allianz Assistance on behalf of the insurer AWP P&C S.A. To view their privacy policy please click here.
